Securing your personal information is a priority. Agzaga engages in appropriate, reasonable and industry-standard security practices to help ensure that personal information is not subject to loss or unauthorized access, alteration, acquisition, use, modification, destruction or disclosure.
We process all payments through Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay; each offering their own multi-step security in payment processing and card authorization. Agzaga will never sell your information to 3rd parties, and we vow to keep any information you provide us safe and secure.
What if I have a problem with my order?

Where is my order?
If you have an account, please sign-in and look under "My Orders". Here, you'll find your order status and tracking information. If you don't have an account, please refer to the order confirmation email you received with your tracking information, or reach out to us for help!
Why should I create an Agzaga account?

What are Agzaga's shipping options?
All Agzaga orders are fulfilled by UPS, and there are two great shipping options:
We don't ship on weekends or major holidays, and some large orders require LTL shipping. If that's the case, orders typically ship the following business day and we'll contact you for LTL scheduling!
I received my order and it's damaged, what do I do?
Oh no! We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. If your order was damaged due to shipping, notify the delivery handler (UPS, LTL, or otherwise) within 72 hours of delivery, and save all packing materials for inspection.

FFA Fundraiser – Approved States
While we would love to include every US state in our FFA Fundraiser, there are some factors that limit our ability to do so. Our state selection process is predicated by two things:
Some states are very simple and require very little—or no—additional information from participants and Agzaga. Other states have very stringent CCV requirements, which make it difficult or impossible for us to include them in our fundraising initiative.
If you do not see your state in the approved list when FFA Week is announced, there's a very good chance you'll see it next year once we can validate information with your state government. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your interest!
In case of a return, you will be emailed a shipping label from Agzaga which will need to be placed on your package and mailed back to us. These are the terms of return:

Where will we ship?
Agzaga ships to the contiguous United States, which includes the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship orders outside of the United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
How long will it take to ship?
Any orders placed before 10:00am CST Monday–Friday will ship the same day that the order was placed. All other orders will ship the next day (excluding weekends and Major Holidays)

How do I track my shipment?
After your product has been shipped, we'll email you a tracking number. If you have a free Agzaga account, you can access your orders any time by clicking the "Your Orders" button at the top of the page. If you don't have a free Agzaga account and need more details about the status of your order, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or give us a call at 1-888-249-7412.
Information about LTL freight
If your order is large and requires LTL freight, you will be contacted by Agzaga Support and we'll work with you to schedule a time for delivery. In this case, you will need to be at the delivery location at the time of arrival in order to sign for the shipment.
Potential service interruptions
If you order will be delayed due to variables outside of our control, your tracking information will be updated and we'll do our best to contact you to let you know!
Custom Product Returns
Agzaga, LLC warrants that a custom hose product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If your custom product is defective, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
Custom products that are not defective in material or workmanship are not eligible for return.
