SHIPPING POLICY

Any orders placed before 10:00am CST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. All other orders will ship next business day.

Standard shipping costs on an order are calculated based on the size of order with a minimum of $7.99 and a maximum of $99.99.
Expedited 3-day Max shipping guarantees your order will arrive in 3 days or less.

A tracking number will be emailed to you after your product has been shipped.

If your order requires LTL freight, you will be contacted by Agzaga Support, and a delivery time will be scheduled. In this case, you will need to be at the delivery location at the time of arrival in order to sign for the shipment.

If your order will be delayed due to variables outside our control, your tracking information will be updated and we will do our best to contact you to let you know.

In case of a return, you will be emailed a shipping label from Agzaga which will need to be placed on your packaged and mailed back.

Agzaga, LLC warrants that custom hose products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If your custom hose product is defective, please contact our customer support team ([email protected]). Custom hose products that are not defective in material or workmanship are not eligible for return.
