The PTO Link®HD System is designed for all tractors rated from 35 HP to 130 HP (engine net) with Category 1 or 2 or pull-behind implements. PTO Link® is the original, universal PTO quick-connect system consisting of two interconnecting steel couplers. Its patented Open-Plate design replaces the traditional spline-to-driveline connection with a visible interface that’s both easy to see and reach. Now you can quickly and safely connect/disconnect implements at the tractor’s PTO in just seconds! This complete PTO Link® System includes both a Tractor (Female) Coupler and an Implement (Male) Coupler. For best results, every tractor should be equipped with a Tractor Coupler, and every implement should be equipped with an Implement Coupler.

• Rear 6-spline 540 RPM PTO for tractors rated from 35 HP to 130 HP (engine net).
• All Category 1 or 2 implements with a three-point hitch.
• Pull-behind implements, including flex-wing rotary cutters (subject to implement operating manual specifications and guidelines).
• Tractor owners who tend to operate equipment in a rough environment.
• High Torque (> 650 ft. lbs.) scenarios or with heavy-duty implements (e.g., stump grinders, balers, augers, flail mowers, water pumps, large tillers) where reverse torque is common.
• *Exception Model: The Kioti DK Series (Rated above 35hp) must use the PTO Link® Compact System as the only compatible option (this is the only tractor model above 35hp, that is not compatible with the HD System)
• *Exception List (Rated below 35hp tractor models): The “smaller” PTO Link® Compact System is the REQUIRED system for, but not limited to, the following tractor models: Kubota BX, B & LX Series, Kioti CS & DK Series(cat-1), Yanmar SA Series, John Deere 2520 (2005-2011), New Holland Workmaster 25S, Cub Cadet 6284D, Bad Boy 3026, LS MT122, MT125, & MT225, Mahindra 1526, 1626 & 2126 and Massey Ferguson 25, 1010, 1020, 1030 & 1035, therefore, the above listed models are not compatible with this “larger” HD System.

Safety and Operation:

• The PTO Link® System adds approximately 5 inches to the overall length of the implement driveline when fully installed. To avoid any possible damage or injury requires carefully measuring the driveline length for possible adjustments and reviewing all installation instructions and operational specs before opera)ng the PTO Link®.
• The PTO Link® HD System is NOT compatible or interchangeable with other PTO Link® systems due to the specific design of the connecting components for each system.
• As an essential safety precaution, be sure to turn off the tractor’s engine during installation, shield any rotating parts, and do not wear any loose clothing that could become entangled and pulled into the machine. PTO safety is critical, and every precaution should be taken.
• The PTO Link® system is NOT an adapter. To comply with ASABE standards, do not use PTO Link® in combination with PTO adapters.
